What is your turnaround time?

We work on the basis of a 7-10 working day turnaround time. Very large print runs and custom relabelling / packaging may extend this turnaround time. Delay in approval of artwork may also extend the turnaround time. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more info.

I can’t find the garment I want, can you source it?

Oh yeah! We can almost definitely source the right garment for you. We worked with a number of varied suppliers and are constantly adding new garments to our range listed on this site, but this is only a very small sampling of the products we can source. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, please contact us and we will endeavour to find it for you.

Can I have a mix of garments?

Yes, no problem. Any mix of garments with the same print will qualify for the quantity breakdown price of the total amount of garments or mixed garments.

Can I supply my own garments?

We can accept customer’s own garments to print. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for any garments that may be spoiled during the printing process. Screen printing is an organic process and sometimes spoilage is unavoidable. If this happens on our own supplied garments we would obviously replace them, but we would be unable to do this with customer supplied garments.

How do I send artwork to you?

You can send artwork via email if the file size is under 7MB. If your artwork has a larger file size than 7MB, we recommend uploading your artwork to Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive or similar and email the link to info@monsterpress.co.uk to download.

We prefer artwork to be supplied as Adobe Illustrator vector files, PDF vector files, Encapsulated Postscript vector files, Adobe Photoshop files or .tiff/.png at least 200dpi, but we can work from pretty much anything you have. Please ensure any fonts are either converted to outlines or the font files supplied if possible.

Will I receive an artwork proof for approval?

Absolutely. We will email an artwork proof to you prior to printing and we require written approval of this before we can commence printing. Artwork proofs will be supplied as PDF files and will show print size, print colour(s) and position(s) to be printed.

Do you offer discounts for repeat orders?

We can offer discounts for any repeat orders within a month of the original order.

Do I need to follow any special washing instructions?

To help preserve the life of your garment, we strongly advise a cold wash, tumble dry low, wash inside out with like colours, do not bleach and do not iron over the print. We can't accept responsibility for accelerated wear to the garment or print caused by washing garments incorrectly.
