Heat Transfer Printing is the best option for low quantities and certain fabric types that aren’t suitable for screen printing. It’s a more cost effective option for printing very small quantities due to the avoidance of expensive screens and quicker set-up time.
This printing method involves a specialist vinyl material which is sent through a plotter to cut-out your design before being heat pressed onto the garment.

The heat transfer printing method is perfect for individual names and numbers on garments and also a more professional finish for logos on polyester sports shirts and bags. Multiple print colours are also possible.
Vibrant Colours.
We offer a large variety of vinyl colours. Standard colours, high gloss colours, metallics, special effects, flock and patterned colours. Glow-in-the-dark vinyl and reflective vinyl is also very popular.
Vigilance.
The bright colours and quick set-up make heat transfer printing a great option under certain circumstances, but be vigilant - very small text, thin lines and highly detailed designs are not possible with this system .
