Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with Core Print Studio you are acknowledging the following Terms of Service and are agreeing to be bound by them.

Pricing.

Our prices are always subject to change, so all quotes are valid for a maximum of 30 days.

Copyright.

When placing an order with Core Print Studio the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner and have permission to print any artwork files supplied.

Design Refusal.

We will refuse to print any designs which promote or encourage hate or violence based on sex, race, ethnicity, national origin or disability. We will also refuse to print any images of violence or abuse towards animals.

Payment.

Payments must be made in full prior to processing your order, unless agreed otherwise.

Order Approval.

We ask for you to approve your order and associated artwork within 24 hours. Approvals made after this time may affect turnaround time by the correlating delay.

Order Cancellation.

Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. We may need to charge a restocking fee if your garments have arrived to us from our supplier prior to your order cancellation. Any garments which have already been processed with a logo will be charged in full.

Turnaround Times.

We aim for a standard turnaround time of 7-10 working days. This may be affected by the time of year, but we will notify you if turnaround will be longer.  Core Print Studio is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control.

Garment Defects.

While we do our best to spot defective garments we cannot guarantee that they will be 100% free from manufacturer imperfections, as we do not produce the garments. Garment manufacturers work with a 1" tolerance when sewing. This means that from batch to batch, the same garment size could up to 1" shorter in length to their original template size. Unfortunately this can mean that a the same size from batch to batch could vary in length by up to 2". Unfortunately this is an industry accepted tolerance, so we cannot accept responsibility for this.

Returns.

Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Core Print Studio within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.

Stock Availability.

We do not hold stock of any garments in our print shop. Therefore, some garments in certain sizes or colours may be out-of-stock with our supplier. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any stock issues prior to order processing, but in some case there may be a delay with stock. In some situations we will be able to offer an alternative garment where possible.

Ink Colours.

We use an advanced Pantone mixing system to create our print colours. However, all computer monitors are setup slightly differently, so please be aware that the colours you are seeing on your monitor may vary slightly in accuracy.

Garment Care / Washing.

To help preserve the life of your garment, we strongly advise a cold wash, tumble dry low, wash inside out with like colours, do not bleach and do not iron over the print. We can't accept responsibility for accelerated wear to the garment or print caused by washing garments incorrectly.

Our Product Photos.

All of our products displayed on this site may vary slightly in colour and fit. We have tried to display these as accurately as possible, but in some cases there may be a slight variance.

Social Media Clause.

We reserve the right to post our print work on our social pages. If you have any objections to this please let us know prior to ordering. Unless notified we will assume we have your permission to post photos online.
