Screen Printing.
Screen Printing is still the most popular and cost efficient way of garment decoration. The screen consists of an aluminium frame with a mesh, which we expose a stencil of your design onto the mesh. The ink is then pushed through the mesh screen directly to the fabric before being heat cured. Each colour in the design requires a separate screen, which is why it’s more cost efficient for quantities of 10 or more.

Screen Printing produces vibrant, durable prints that will, when following washing guidelines, last for the lifetime of the garment. The ink colour range and durability far exceeds digital direct-to-garment printing.
